Information Gathered by Cequal Products' Web Site
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically
recognizes the visitor's domain name (where possible),

on what pages consumers access or visit and information

and/or site registrations. On our registration and check
out pages, consumers have the option to opt-in to receive

email confirmation of your orders, as well as notification
of special offers from CEQUAL's, unless you notify
us otherwise. Notify us by email, phone, fax, or standard
mail to have your email address removed from our list.
Please include your customer number if possible, to
ensure accuracy.
If you chose to opt-in to receive email from our marketing
partners, we will share with them your email address
and the information described above, so they can send
you offers for products and services that may be of
interest to you. We will only share your email address
if you have opted in by checking the box on the registration
page. Additionally, each email our partners send you
will include an easy opt-out enabling you to stop receiving
future email.
If you choose to receive offers from our marketing
partners, the personal information you have provided
us and information about your order may be shared with
third parties. This information may be combined with
other personally identifiable information (such as demographic
information and past purchase information) available
from our records and other sources. This information
will be used to make our future marketing efforts more

companies. You can, however, have your name put on our
do-not-share list by writing, calling, or emailing CEQUAL's.
