What shipping methods are available?
We offer a variety of FedEx shipping options to get
your items to your door quickly, securely and at a minimum of cost. For
shipments in the Continental United States, the following methods are available,
depending on the products in your order.

Can you ship outside
the United States?
We can ship to areas outside of the
Continental United
States, including APOs and FPOs,
Canada, and the UK. For these areas, you should be able to
process your order online. We are able to ship to other regions, but
due to certain size, weight and import
restrictions beyond our control, we must deal with each issue on a case
by case
basis. Please contact our Customer Service

How much will it cost
to ship my product?
Due to certain restrictions on size and weight, not all
shipping methods are available for all products. We strive to offer our
customers the most reasonable rates possible. We only charge the fees that the shipping
companies charge us, and we are always working to negotiate better rates.

When will my order
ship?
In most cases, your order will leave our fulfillment center
within 1 to 2 business days from when you place your order.
Can you send my order
faster?
If you need your products in a hurry, make
sure to select
FedEx Overnight as your delivery method. All
Overnight orders are given
first priority and are expedited as soon as we receive them. Expedited
orders received by 12:00pm EST are usually sent out the same day.
Will you send me
tracking information?
You should receive an email from us with the FedEx
or USPS tracking information after we process your order. If you don’t receive
this email, please check your junk mail folder or contact our Customer Service
department.
